Hog Roast Ainsdale Made Waves At A Business Networking Event!

As the weather warms up and event season kicks into high gear, Hog Roast Ainsdale has been buzzing with activity lately, and we couldn’t be happier about it! From weddings to corporate events, our team has been here, there, and everywhere, ensuring that every gathering is a memorable one. One recent highlight was our participation in a business networking event organised by Vince.

With seminars and workshops offering insights into business growth and success tips, the atmosphere was charged with entrepreneurial spirit.

At the heart of the event was a midday feast, and Hog Roast Ainsdale was entrusted with crafting a menu that would impress the 400 attendees. Our catering manager, Sam, rose to the occasion, delivering a spread that perfectly balanced sophistication with deliciousness.

The Hog Roast Dining Menu, chosen for its slightly more formal feel, was a hit among the guests. For meat lovers, we offered a whole-roasted free-range pig with crispy crackling, sage and onion stuffing, and applesauce, alongside succulent 6 oz BBQ beef handmade burger patties served on gluten-free and wholemeal buns with melting cheese and fresh tomato slices. And for our veggie, vegan, and gluten-intolerant guests, we presented BBQ pulled jackfruit rolls, infused with smoky hickory sauceĀ  and refreshing ‘slaw.

Complementing these delectable mains were a variety of fresh salads, crunchy coleslaw, and garlic and rosemary seasoned roasted new potatoes, enhancing the flavour profile of the meal and ensuring there was something for everyone.

The guests were not only impressed by the quality and freshness of the food but also by the eye-catching display and prompt service provided by our team. As they refuelled with our delicious offerings, they were energised for the remainder of the day’s activities.

After the dining hall emptied, Hog Roast Ainsdale swiftly cleared away the plates, ensuring a seamless transition to the next part of the event. At the client’s request, any leftover food was carefully packed up and donated to those in need.
